30-Day Refund Policy
If you are not satisfied with an eligible purchase, registration, or service made through our organization, you may request a refund within 30 days of the original transaction date. Each request will be reviewed individually. Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method whenever possible.
Eligible Refund Requests
The following may be eligible for a refund request:
- Event or program registrations that have not yet taken place
- Material purchases that can be returned in original condition
- Services that have not yet been rendered
- Duplicate or erroneous charges
Non-Refundable Items
The following are generally not eligible for refunds:
- Voluntary donations or tithes
- Events or programs that have already taken place
- Digital resources or downloads that have been accessed
- Services that have been fully rendered
- Requests made after 30 days from the original transaction

Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method whenever possible. Credit card refunds may take 5-10 business days to appear on your statement depending on your financial institution. If the original payment method is unavailable, alternative arrangements will be discussed with you directly.
Partial Refunds
In some cases, partial refunds may be offered at our discretion. This may apply to situations where services have been partially rendered, events have been partially attended, or materials have been partially used. The amount of any partial refund will be determined on a case-by-case basis.
Event Cancellations
If Embassies of Christ Kingdom Ministries cancels an event or program for which you have registered and paid, you will be entitled to a full refund of your registration fee. We will notify you as soon as possible in the event of a cancellation and will process refunds automatically.
